Aboveground Storage Tank (AST) Services
REACT provides AST Cleaning Services for various types of oil, fuel, and hazardous/nonhazardous chemical tanks. Along with AST cleaning services, REACT is able to provide our clients with:

- Oil/sludge/water disposals and product transfers
These services expedite cleaning or maintenance projects. Where required, Confined Space Entry procedures are utilized to perform the work.
Underground Storage Tank (UST) Services
REACT provides UST management programs that are individualize to meet your needs. REACT UST programs are in compliance with current and developing United States Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA), State and Local regulatory protocol.
REACT will provide licensed and certified personnel to perform tank services in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, New York and Massachusetts.
Tank Closure Plans
REACT prepares tank closure plans that meet the requirements of both State and Federal regulatory agencies. Tank closure plans include the following:
- Implementation schedule
- Site assessment plan prepared by a qualified groundwater consultant
- Plan for removal of all residual liquids, solids, or sludge from tank and piping disposal of such material that is in accordance with current regulations
- Tank decommissioning plan conforming to approved codes and recommended practices
